We offer the implementation of the entire technological process under one roof:
- Shot blasting and surface preparation (also aluminum and galvanized elements),
- priming with selection of the appropriate coating system,
- wet painting using acrylic and polyurethane paints in the full RAL palette,
- coating thickness control and quality documentation,
- optional transport and assembly.

Large-scale shot blasting plant – precision and efficiency
Thanks to the large dimensions of the blasting chamber, we can effectively clean even the most unusual and heavy components. We process mild steel, aluminum, and galvanized structures, ensuring high-quality surface preparation for subsequent painting or renovation processes. Shot blasting is also an environmentally friendly process, as a significant portion of the shot can be recovered, cleaned, and reused.

Wet painting offers greater flexibility than powder coating. We can paint unusually shaped and large-sized components, apply varying layer thicknesses, and work with systems with special requirements, including chemical resistance, weathering, and exposure to marine environments.
